Who We Are
Infamous Travel Co. LTD ("we", "us", "our") operates infamoustravel.com and organises small-group tours to unique destinations. For any privacy questions or requests, contact us at info@infamoustravel.com or White House, Main Road, Little Glemham, Woodbridge, England, IP13 0BA, company no. 16926845.
What We Collect
Booking information. When you book a trip we collect your name, email address, phone number, nationality, and — where needed for visa support — your passport details. Passport details are optional at booking and requested later only where the destination requires them.
Mailing list information. When you join our mailing list (via the signup form, popup, booking checkbox, or a trip's Notify Me button) we collect your email address and, where relevant, which trip you expressed interest in.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Revolut. We never see or store your card details. Revolut's own privacy policy applies to the payment itself.
Website data. We use your browser's local storage to remember preferences such as whether you've seen our signup popup. We do not currently use tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy and request consent where required.
How We Use Your Information
We use booking information to operate your tour: confirming your booking, arranging accommodation and transport, providing visa support such as Letters of Invitation, and contacting you about your trip. We use mailing list information to send you early access to new trips, discount codes, and occasional updates — you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Who We Share It With
We share information only where necessary to operate our services: with local partners and tour operators in destination countries (for accommodation, transport, permits, and visa processing), with our mailing list provider (Brevo) to manage email communications, with Revolut for payment processing, and with our website hosting provider. Where a destination requires passport details for permits or visas, those details are shared with the relevant local partner or authority.
International Transfers
Our tours operate in destinations around the world, including countries outside the UK and European Economic Area. Where your information must be transferred internationally to operate your tour (for example, sending passport details to a local partner for a visa invitation), we share only what is necessary for that purpose.
How Long We Keep It
We keep booking information for as long as needed to operate your tour and meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted. Mailing list information is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, request its deletion, object to its use for marketing, or lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email info@infamoustravel.com.
Photos & Media
Our use of photos and videos taken during tours is governed by the Image Consent & Promotional Use Policy in our Terms & Conditions. You may withhold consent by notifying us in writing before your tour begins.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update shown above.
