Itinerary

Day 1 — Arrival in Tehran

Land at Tehran IKA, meet your guide, and settle in. Time allowing, an optional first look at the capital.

Overnight: Tehran

Day 2 — Tehran

Azadi Tower, the Grand Bazaar, the former U.S. Embassy, and panoramic views from the Tabiat Nature Bridge.

Overnight: Tehran

Day 3 — Tehran → Kashan → Isfahan

Head south with a stop in Kashan for its 19th-century merchant houses and traditional bazaar. Arrive in Isfahan for sunset at the Si-o-se-pol and Khaju bridges.

Day 4 — Isfahan

The jewel of Persia: UNESCO-listed Naqsh-e Jahan Square, the Imam and Sheikh Lotfollah mosques, Ali Qapu Palace, the Grand Bazaar, Chehel Sotoun's gardens, and Vank Cathedral in the Armenian quarter.

Overnight: Isfahan

Day 5 — Isfahan → Yazd

Into the desert to UNESCO-listed Yazd: the Towers of Silence, the Zoroastrian Fire Temple, Dowlat Abad Garden's windcatcher, and the atmospheric old city.

Overnight: Yazd

Day 6 — Yazd → Persepolis → Shiraz

The big one: Pasargadae and the tomb of Cyrus the Great, the ceremonial capital of Persepolis, and the rock-cut royal tombs of Naqsh-e Rostam, en route to Shiraz.

Overnight: Shiraz

Day 7 — Shiraz

The city of poets and gardens: Eram Garden, the Pink Mosque at first light, Vakil Bazaar, and the Tomb of Hafez.

Overnight: Shiraz

Day 8 — Departure

Transfer to Shiraz International Airport. End of trip.

Do I need a visa?
Most nationalities need a visa. We provide the invitation letter and guide you through the process. Visa fees aren't included.
Is it safe?
We travel with experienced local guides on a carefully planned route, and we monitor conditions continuously. If the situation appears to be out of our control we will always prioritise safety and either change the itinerary or refund the trip.

This is of course a unique time to be coming to Iran, but after my recent trip to the country I'm confident this will be an incredible adventure.
How do I book?
Pick your trip, pay the deposit or full amount securely via Revolut, and your spot is confirmed. No forms, no waiting.
What's your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. More than 90 days before departure: everything except the deposit refunded. 31–90 days: 50% refund. 30 days or fewer: non-refundable. All cancellations subject to a $50/€50 admin fee. Full details in our Terms & Conditions.
Do I need travel insurance?
Yes. Comprehensive travel insurance including medical cover and repatriation is required for all trips.
Are flights included?
No. You arrange flights to and from the start point; we handle everything on the ground.
Who travels with Infamous?
Small groups of around 10, mostly solo travellers in their 20s and 30s. You'll leave with friends.
When is the balance due?
45 days before departure.
