Itinerary

Day 1 — Munich, straight in

Check into our Munich hostel at 2pm, pick up your lederhosen or dirndl at 4, and by 6 we are at a reserved table in one of the great tents — first maß and half a roast chicken on us. Welcome to the world’s biggest party.

Overnight: Munich

Day 2 — The fairytale castle

A full-day trip to Neuschwanstein, the castle Disney copied, up in the Bavarian Alps. Mountain air, absurd views, and exactly the recovery day your body is asking for.

Overnight: Munich

Day 3 — Back to the tents

A free morning in Munich — sleep, saunas, beer gardens, your call. At 5pm we do it all again: reserved table, first beer and chicken included, and the songs you now know the words to.

Overnight: Munich

Day 4 — Over the Alps

The 9am bus south, through the mountains and into Italy. Check in at Lake Como by mid-afternoon, then a lakeside aperitivo and a proper Italian dinner as the sun drops behind the hills.

Overnight: Lake Como

Day 5 — Bellagio

The late-morning ferry up the lake to Bellagio, the prettiest town on Como. Beach and swimming all afternoon, then a private sailboat cruise with wine and music as the light goes golden.

Overnight: Lake Como

Day 6 — Lake day

Beach, swimming, and absolutely no alarm. In the evening, a farewell food tour and drinks through the old town — it may be the best meal of your life.

Overnight: Lake Como

Day 7 — Ciao

Check out at 10am and say your goodbyes. Milan and its airports are 45 minutes away for flights home — or stay on, you are already in Italy.
